Job Description

This role will involve handling the CEO’s communication and lifestyle - quickly learning how to tonally and effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. This will include (but not be limited to):

  • Scheduling the CEO’s diary - working in an agile environment and making quick changes when necessary.
  • Maintaining a register of professional contacts - growing our network and nurturing key relationships.
  • Copywriting and proofreading of documents - with attention to content, grammar, spelling, and tone.
  • Organizing travel commitments - arranging internal and overseas flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Conducting and managing research projects - planning, implementing, and executing research projects.
  • Generating reports - delving into a wealth of data to generate presentable meaning and insight.
  • Capturing minutes in meetings - creating clear actions that are followed up on by attendees.
  • Managing personal tasks - to ensure freedom of his time to focus on the bigger picture projects.
  • Maintaining a strong personal image for the CEO - experience with the media industry, communications and social media will be advantageous.
  • Driving the CEO to appointments when needed - as such, the candidate must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive with manual transmission.

You’ll need strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, some business sense, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to be creative - not only in the way you think but also the way you present and solve problems. iXperience is a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment driven by big dreams and quick planning; on this job, you’ll need to be enthusiastic and eager to tackle big and small projects, be self-directed and motivated, and have fantastic interpersonal and mediation skills. In addition, it will be a strong plus if you value healthy living and are biased towards good nutrition.

The ideal candidate will be young (in their 20s), possibly a recent graduate in a field related to human performance in the workplace. A background in any field of study will be considered, but industrial/organizational psychology or business administration will be advantageous. Note that this position may require occasional travel, and so a valid passport is required. At iXperience, we seek out the best and brightest to join our dynamic team and value diversity and inclusion.
