This role

This role is perfect for someone who wants to supercharge their career by experiencing first-hand what it is like to be part of an energetic, extremely fast-growing company.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of winning people over! Using your strong communication skills, you will be required to encourage and motivate students to enroll for one of iXperience’s phenomenal programs. Your impactful conversations, engaging emails and impeccable administration skills will be called upon to convert prospects into enrolled students.

On the job, you will:

  • Proactively engage with prospects via telephone, email and skype
  • Use your strong communication skills to build rapport and create authentic connections with students around the globe
  • Facilitate the administration process of enrolled students
  • Use your passion and appetite for education to encourage students to enroll for an iXperience program
  • Be required to continuously develop and improve your ability to perform your current role
  • Contribute toward building a student journey process
  • Effectively navigate a CRM to ensure a quality experience for students
  • Be expected to work evening shifts (13h00 until 22h00)
  • Be expected to meet and exceed your daily metrics
  • Maintain and strive to exceed minimum conversion rates
